As a senior leader, you will play a key role in overseeing three busy Emergency Departments serving a population of approximately 1 million people.

About the Role
  • You will operate in accordance with Eastern Health's values and lead a high-performing team.
  • The Clinical Service Director will hold an active clinical role within operations, bringing real-time day-to-day experiences of clinical care to the directorate and leading reform changes.

This role requires:

  • Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine
  • Current specialist medical registration with AHPRA
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
