Delivery Driver Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Delivery Driver in our Trade Counter team. As part of this team, you'll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Pick packing and stock control activities
  • Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring information provided is accurate
  • Providing customer service and information about products

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • Is happy to use a computer and learn new systems
  • Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

About the role

As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will also provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
