As a key member of the Peter Alexander team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee stock processes within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain stock administration and inventory control, ensuring seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and lead the store's stock operations, maintaining high standards of stock management
* Train and lead Stock Team Members to ensure effective stock processes
* Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock-related processes
* Assist with setting up store promotions and visual merchandising
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, aligning with the Peter Alexander brand
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in stock control or stock management within a retail environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
