Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
