Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist

Your Day-to-Day:

You will be the key touchpoint for our guests, delivering outstanding service and providing insider knowledge. You will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and able to anticipate guest needs.

We empower our team members to resolve any issues confidently and independently. You will work collaboratively with various teams across the resort to ensure guests' needs are met and their stay is delightful and memorable.

What We Need From You:

Ideally, you'll have previous experience in customer service or call centre roles or at least one year's experience in Front Office or Reservations Teams. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm to work within a team, and experience in delivering high levels of guest experience in a hotel environment.

You will have flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays across a seven-day roster. You must hold a current Australian driver's license and meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
