This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in underground longwall & development conveyor installations to work on a 7/7 Day shift roster, rotating back-to-back with other Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors, liaising with external representatives to achieve safety and production targets. Key tasks include:

  • Planning, managing, and delivering projects within agreed timeframes and budgets;
  • Completing, analyzing, and delivering reports in agreed timeframes;
  • Conducting hazard and risk assessments and communicating with all personnel;
  • Actively promoting mine safety among the workforce;
  • Ensuring activities align with planned schedules;
  • Identifying potential improvements to processes and taking action;
  • Caching and mentoring team members;
  • Providing leadership to crew members, setting positive examples and assisting in team development.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of experience in a similar role, focusing on underground longwall & development conveyor installations;
  • An Electrical Trade Certificate;
  • S123/G2 Supervisory Certificates;

Estimated Salary

We estimate that the salary for this position will be in the range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
