**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate the scheduling and daily assignments of home care visits, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, allied health professionals, and personal care workers
* Manage and coordinate client visits, matching client needs with staff availability and suitability

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members, responding promptly to calls and resolving issues in a timely manner
