Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients' nutritional needs are met
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support/Community Services (highly desirable, traineeships available)
  • Caring nature with empathy for elderly clients
  • Desire for a rewarding career with skill enhancement
  • Registered and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
