About the Position


We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Sydney West Street. Your expertise in Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will be instrumental in crafting exceptional learning programs for our children.



Key Responsibilities


As a Goodstart Educator, your primary duties will include:



  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Collaborating with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's well-being and development
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive community

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
