**Job Description:**

We're seeking an experienced Admissions Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Admissions Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth transition of residents into our care facilities. You'll work closely with our clinical team, admissions coordinator, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate admissions process to ensure seamless transition of residents into care facilities.
  • Collaborate with clinical team to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Liaise with social workers, GPs, and hospital staff to clarify referral information and facilitate effective communication.
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical leadership, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives are implemented.

**Requirements:**

  • AHPRA registered as an RN or EN.
  • Extensive nursing experience in aged care or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a clinical environment with numerous stakeholders.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems.
  • Ability to provide an engaging, seamless customer service experience.
