Site Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • You will be responsible for managing a team of site supervisors, each responsible for multiple projects. Your role will include undertaking regular site visits, monitoring progress, and identifying any potential issues or delays.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and managed effectively. You will also be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in construction management with a recognized building company
  • Project Management or relevant construction tertiary education
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and software
