As a Casual Educator, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and policies and procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement
