  • Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide support for complex problems.
  • Collecting and reporting metrics to leadership, identifying trends, and proposing measures to address them.
