Scientific Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive growth and expansion in the NSW and ACT territories. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationships.

About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to differentiate our company, achieve order and revenue projections, and increase market share across all product lines. This includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking competitive market share, and providing creative content approaches to work with the sales team and marketing communications personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences subject area and a minimum of 3 years of strategic field sales experience selling hardware into the life science industry. Proven ability to build long-term effective relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders is essential, along with strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and solid business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies to differentiate our company
  • Bvaluate and track competitive market share, win/loss data, and fully understand competitive selling strategies
  • Provide creative content approaches to work with the sales team and marketing communications personnel
  • Represent the organization in customer negotiations, purchasing agreements, and CDA/NDAs, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and other official occasions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences subject area
  • Minimum of 3 years of strategic field sales experience selling hardware into the life science industry
  • Proven ability to build long-term effective relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and solid business acumen
