Job Opportunity: Technical Architect – Cyber Security Assurance

The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our ICT systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in cyber security engineering to deliver secure, trustworthy, sustainable, and cyber resilient ICT enabled capabilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing secure systems, as well as experience with cloud security and DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure systems that meet ASIO's requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide security advice to ensure the security of our ICT systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the secure design and implementation of our technology ecosystem
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and different ways of working to ensure security requirements are at the forefront

  • Assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance

Location

This role is located in Canberra, ACT and Sydney, NSW. Applicants must be willing to relocate, and relocation assistance is provided to successful candidates where ASIO requires them to relocate.
