About the Role

As a key member of our branch leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for translating division priorities into actionable objectives for the Parts Department. This role requires a strong leader who can drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective management of inventory, workflow, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Branch-specific processes to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure employees are knowledgeable of and adhere to Parts processes and procedures.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with employees and managers to resolve systemic issues.
  • Manage workflow and costs, particularly labor costs, to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.

About You

  • Previous experience in a leadership role or as a parts technician, showcasing strong leadership abilities and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving satisfaction through effective Parts department management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building strong customer relationships and fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with parts management in a busy shop environment, preferably within agriculture or related industries.
