Cut and fabricate windows to meet customer specifications.

This position is responsible for:

• Understanding fabrication drawings and blueprints, utilizing problem-solving skills to interpret technical documentation.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of fabricated frames.
• Maintaining high-quality standards and meeting job deadlines through effective project management.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing creative solutions to optimize fabrication processes.

Experience with Aspec system is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new fabrication techniques and technologies.
