We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Senior Vice President, ESG and Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Quinbrook's ESG and compliance strategies across its global investments and operations. You will work closely with our investment teams, legal department, compliance experts, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with key ESG frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quinbrook's ESG and compliance policies across climate risk management, supply chain sustainability, green construction, waste management, water conservation, labor standards, human rights, and anti-corruption.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies and projects to establish, monitor, and measure value-add ESG efforts, define KPIs, and set clear impact goals.
- Engage with key suppliers to maintain and enhance ESG standards, traceability, and supply chain innovation.
- Own annual ESG reporting and compliance disclosures for Quinbrook's portfolio.
- Contribute to industry standards and participate in industry forums and regulatory dialogues.
