As a senior member of our Institutional Client Solutions team, you will drive capital formation for institutional investors and maintain strong client relationships. Our integrated global credit platform is driven by specialized teams across Direct Lending, Asset Based Lending, Opportunistic Credit, High Yield, Leveraged Loans & CLOs, Emerging Markets, and Structured Credit.

About the Role

The primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies for capital formation with institutional investors. This role will work closely with existing and prospective clients, as well as other stakeholders within the organization.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of public and private credit markets across various asset classes
  • Present Marathon's investment strategies, fund offerings, and managed accounts to clients
  • Provide insight into market trends, competitive landscapes, and Marathon's differentiated approach
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience as a lead representative covering institutional investors
  • Deep knowledge of public and private credit markets
  • Experience presenting to institutional investment committees for capital formation
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
