Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality infrastructure services, ensuring effective ICT system refresh and support programs for diverse customer bases.
  • Create and communicate comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, best practices, and architectural standards.
  • Provide expert guidance across technology, process, and organizational change, ensuring solutions are technically sound, operationally efficient, and commercially viable.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in network architecture and design, with expertise in cloud technologies and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) including Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA).
  • Broad technical knowledge across key domains including enterprise architecture, security, integration, business process, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with formal architectural methods and frameworks, such as TOGAF, and experience creating high-quality solution documentation.
