We are committed to helping our trainers grow into management roles within 12 months, with a supportive and collaborative team environment. As a Personal Trainer at our studio, you will have the opportunity to work with clients one-on-one, leading group classes, and providing professional services to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. You will earn a competitive hourly rate of $40-$55, plus superannuation and commissions. Our benefits package includes employee mentoring, gym membership, professional development assistance, referral programs, relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, annual bonus, Christmas bonus, commission, overtime pay, penalty rates, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and retention bonus.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current Cert 4 in PT and First Aid Certificate with CPR. Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred due to the majority of our clients speaking Mandarin. You must demonstrate enthusiasm for training yourself with new challenges, a genuine passion for personal development and growth, and a belief in our brand's mission to inspire and help our members.
