Bethanie is a leading not for profit aged care provider based in Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to lead and develop the team at our luxury facility with an active social calendar that provides a full range of aged care services including dementia support.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will be a key member of the management team and vital to enhancing our residents' experiences. You will coordinate and deliver resident care in collaboration with other health professionals while ensuring efficient use of organisational resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision for the clinical team to ensure care meets our residents' expectations
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality clinical care that is customer focused and in accordance with all standards and legislation
  • Assess competency of all clinical employees on an ongoing basis and allocate training or mentoring where necessary
  • Maintain an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / or allied health staff
