Aluminium Assembly Technician

Key Role in Factory Operations
The Aluminium Assembly Technician plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include performing manual tasks to support production, preparing work areas, and operating machinery under supervision.
Main Tasks:
- Packing, loading, and unloading materials with care and attention to detail
- Assisting in factory setup and cleaning procedures
- Operating hand tools and machinery following established safety guidelines
- Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed during Aluminium window/louvre system fabrication
- Some site visits may be required for various tasks
Requirements:
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role is beneficial but not essential
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic knowledge of power equipment
- Awareness of workplace health and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment
- Necessary certification: NSW Construction White Card
