Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated cleaner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and welcoming environment of our facility.

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with residents, families, and staff to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 45 hours per fortnight. You must possess excellent time management skills, organisational abilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate proficient time management techniques in cleaning routine
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop all designated areas
  • Engage in respectful interactions with residents
  • Consider resident lifestyles and personal choices
  • Manage laundry routines in line with the laundry schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility

Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
