About the JobWe are currently seeking an experienced Coal Mining Operations Trainer to work with us at South Walker Creek. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with Coal Mining Safety and Health Regulations 2017 and associated regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess safety performance
- Collaborate with site teams and clients to identify and mitigate risks
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering training programs and managing risk. A tertiary qualification or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (Desirable) and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40116 (Desirable) would be highly regarded.
