**Job Title:** Senior Fleet Vehicle Management Project Coordinator

**Company Overview:** ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd is working on behalf of a Federal Government Department in Canberra to engage an experienced Project Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with the Armoured Vehicle (AV) team, business areas and technical experts to successfully deliver a range of service improvements and capabilities for Civilian Armoured Vehicles (CAVs).

**Estimated Salary:** AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

Fleet Vehicle Management Project Coordination

The role involves assisting in the development and execution of communication plans, creating content for various channels, and ensuring clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing frameworks, policies, guidelines and other resources that deliver business outcomes;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities;
  • Designing and producing infographics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials;
  • Experience with vehicle fleet management is essential for this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role;
  • Vehicle fleet management experience is essential;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids;
  • Experience in change management practices and principles;
  • Experience in developing project plans.
