About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Consultant to join our team at The BUSY Group. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in securing sustainable and meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for our clients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored employment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their employment objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving program outcomes.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, including a Blue Card and National Police Check.
