About the Role
Mater Misericordiae Ltd is seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs and Growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies to enhance Mater's brand and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies
- Provide strategic and tactical communication advice and support key projects
- Manage responses to Mater-related communications and media matters
- Build strong relationships with the wider team and Mater Health locations
- Support the integration of health, education, research, and philanthropy at Mater
- Assist the Communications and Engagement Manager in achieving strategic objectives
- Manage website and social media platforms according to Mater's online strategy
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations, or relevant experience in communications. You will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role in complex group environments, as well as strong background in social media management and knowledge of contemporary communication principles and trends.
