Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled merchandising professional to work on an ongoing, casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planogram implementation, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also need to possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately report and upload quality photos via smartphone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong working relationships with Grocery personnel to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks.
  • Create and maintain high-quality planograms in stores to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance across all retail environments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone to support business decision-making.
  • Achieve Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working.
  • Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a retail environment is highly regarded.
