We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing operational risk, and supporting the implementation of our legal excellence and risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, describing, and estimating risks affecting the firm;">
  • Review compliance by legal teams with our legal excellence and risk management policies and procedures;">
  • Review clients' terms of engagement for external legal suppliers and other third-party contracts;">
  • Manage legal and operation issues relating to tenders;">
  • Assist team members in managing the firm's engagement agreements;">
  • Support general day-to-day risk management activities;">
  • Assist with conducting privacy impact assessments and AI risk assessments;">
  • Support the development and implementation of our AML/CTF program;">
  • Assist team members and the Information Security Manager in developing and maintaining our cyber security risk management framework;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Legal qualification and experience;">
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and principles;">
  • Risk management, compliance, AML, or auditing qualification is desirable;">
  • Experience in using document management systems;">
