The Role
As a Rental Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Logistical Coordination: Coordinating the delivery of our rental fleet, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and managing stocktakes, receiving, and dispatching of parts.
- Customer Experience: Providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure a smooth rental process.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks as required.
