The Management Support Person will be responsible for maintaining the status quo, assisting management in all facets of the swim school, and ensuring that business and operational objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems while assisting management in all facets of the swim school
  • Assist management in daily operations
  • Understand the culture of each swim school and adapt accordingly
  • Work in conjunction with the Management Team to ensure that business and operational objectives are met
  • Assist in making sure that all services provided are of high quality and meet the needs of the customers

  • Good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the facility's operation
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
