Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and punctuality of our financial reporting. Your key duties will include:
Assisting with the external audit process Overseeing financial reporting and compliance for our global operations Preparing IFRS 16 lease accounting calculations Supporting the month-end financial close process, including journal preparation and reconciliations Driving enhancements in processes and systems Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding resultsWhat You Bring
CA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Ideally, a background in a Big-4 or Mid-Tier Audit environment Strong knowledge of financial accounting, including month-end closing and AASP16 Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software ( SAP preferred) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for retailWhy Choose Harris Scarfe?
