Home Care Support Role

Are you a caring individual who is passionate about supporting older people in their own homes?

  • We are seeking dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join our team on the Central Coast.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting elderly customers, possess a Cert III qualification, and hold a valid AU Driver's Licence. They will be required to transport between customer locations using their own reliable vehicle (KM's are paid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support services to elderly customers in their own homes, helping them live a fulfilling life independently.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as domestic support, meal preparations, personal care, and community access and participation.

Requirements:

  • Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu
