We are seeking an experienced University Librarian to lead our library into a new era of innovation and excellence. As a key member of the university's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the library's services and collections, as well as promoting its role as a hub for learning and research.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the evolving needs of higher education and the critical role that libraries play in supporting student success and research excellence. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan for the library that aligns with the university's goals and objectives
• Leading a team of librarians and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support the academic and research endeavors of the university
• Collaborating with faculty and other stakeholders to develop and implement innovative programs and services that meet the changing needs of students and researchers
• Maintaining and developing the library's collections, including print and digital materials, to support the university's teaching and research activities
• Managing the library's budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient use of funds

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $AUD 120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including
