We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members to ensure they are engaged and informed about their superannuation options.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering educational workshops, conducting one-on-one consultations, and providing ongoing support to our members. You will also work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about member engagement and has strong communication skills. If you are self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with our members to ensure they are engaged and informed about their superannuation options
  • Deliver educational workshops to educate our members on their superannuation options
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to answer our members' questions and provide guidance
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services
