Senior Pastor Position

We are seeking a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and guidance to our congregation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the various ministries within the church, providing pastoral care to members, and coordinating corporate worship services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ministry Team leadership and strategic planning
  • Oversight and development of church ministries
  • Pastoral care for members and the community
  • Coordination of weekly worship services
  • Oversight of teaching and preaching ministries
  • Equipping members to share the gospel

Requirements:

  • Deep personal relationship with Christ and reliance on the Holy Spirit
  • Alignment with the church's vision, values, and mission
  • Effective communication and relational skills
  • Proven track record of effective ministry and mission
  • Theological training and familiarity with the ethos of Churches of Christ
  • Right to live and work in Australia
