Job Description

As a Civil Engineer - Forensic Inspector with Fuse Recruitment, you will play a key role in providing expert forensic services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site assessments on various building types to identify defects or movement-related issues
  • Taking accurate measurements and preparing detailed forensic causation reports
  • Making safe assessments and scopes of work to ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, external clients, sub-contractors, and consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) registration
  • Strong knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards related to engineering
  • Able to work independently and autonomously while managing own output and performance
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
