**Job Title:** Visual Merchandising Professional

We are seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandising professional to join our Windows Team in Sydney.

This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is consistently applied across our stores and concession pads within the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing visually appealing window displays and in-store installations
  • Interpreting and applying visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards
  • Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards through regular audits and training
  • Collaborating with the Store Management Team to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that drive sales growth
  • Achieving excellence in window presentation at all times, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the fashion apparel industry
  • Proven ability to assemble and style prop-intensive window and in-store installations
  • Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
  • Current driver's license and access to a car
