Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Opportunity
  • Assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through rehabilitation solutions.
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses as a specialist in occupational health.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return to work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP) is essential for this role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are necessary to excel in this position.
  • A current Working with Children Check is required for successful application.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application is also expected.
