Nurse Career Development Opportunity

Overview
This career advancement program offers nurses the chance to work in a variety of specialty areas, including Renal care, Colorectal and General Surgery, General Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rehabilitation, Endoscopy, and Neurology.
Nurses will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator and participate in supernumerary orientation within each ward rotation. Additionally, nurses will attend four structured Enrolled Nurse-specific education days throughout the course of the program.
- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA prior to 2025
- Diploma in Nursing qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking for sound clinical decisions

- Interpersonal and teamwork skills
