Children's Party Entertainers Wanted

We are seeking Games Coordinators in the Sydney area to lead a variety of games and sports for kids at various events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent group leadership skills, be motivated and enthusiastic, and not be afraid to use their initiative. They will also have a passion for sports and be able to work under pressure and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Transportation and setup of equipment on time
  • Leading/refereeing games and ensuring customer safety
  • Providing a fun and structured environment for all participants
  • Liaising with event organizers for any requests
  • Packing up of equipment

About You:

  • You will need to be able to work autonomously
  • Have group leadership skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and not be afraid to use your initiative
  • Be able to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Passionate about sports with organizational skills

Desirable Qualities include:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment or similar capacity coordinating large groups
  • Current First Aid qualification
  • Sports qualifications

Flexible Casual Shifts: Generally weekend work with periodic school holiday work. We offer a healthy remuneration starting at $50/hr - $60 per hour (2 hour minimum) plus travel allowance if over 40 minutes.
