Personal Care Assistant - Inner South Canberra

Job Description:

High-quality, person-centered care is provided to clients in their homes. We value integrity, accountability, and collaboration.

We are seeking a reliable personal care assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-home support with daily living tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming)
  • Companionship and social interaction
  • Light housekeeping (washing, laundry)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or personal care with a high standard for quality
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment, techniques, and products
  • Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow instructions and adequate literacy and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
