We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aircraft Cabin Presentation Specialist to join our Fleet Presentation team at Oceania Ground Force. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for passengers boarding the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cabin cleaning, including seats, seat pockets, aisles, lavatories, galleys, and waste removal.
- Ensure uniformed presentation of seat belts, blankets, pillows, and magazines.
- Conduct office cleaning as required.

- Competitive pay rates above the Award.
- Hourly base rate is $25.40 exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.
- 11.5% Superannuation contributions.
- Shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Additional pay for weekend work (time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).
- Company-provided uniform.
- Comprehensive paid training and enrollment in a Cert III course.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests.
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
- Ability to work any shift from 06:00 - 23:30.
- Capacity to be able to work between hours per week.
- Commit to shift lengths between hours per day.
- Availability for 2-days paid training.
