Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support for endpoint and cloud infrastructure, including M365 and Azure AD.

Requirements
  • Minimum of Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 preferred).
  • Experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment.
  • Strong understanding of M365 stack, including InTune, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, including migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  • Knowledge of SCCM and MECM infrastructure, applications packaging, and PowerShell automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
