About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at Connections Group. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel management services to our clients, ensuring their travel requirements are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients and fulfill their travel requirements, both domestically and internationally.
  • Provide proactive travel management solutions that take into account clients' booking patterns and behaviors.
  • Plan and organize travel, accommodation, car hire, visas, and insurance for clients as requested.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued at every interaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through regular training and professional development.
  • Attend industry and client events to stay connected and informed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fares construction and manual self-ticketing (including reissues) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a passion for customer service excellence and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow operational standards and business processes diligently.
  • A bias for action and a genuine interest in building human relationships.
  • Sabre GDS and Tramada mid-office proficiency is preferred.
