Casual Occupational Therapist Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This casual pool position offers flexibility and variety, with opportunities to work in different clinical areas within the Northern NSW Local Health District.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to patients. Your skills and expertise will make a significant contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across various clinical areas.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement interventions to promote patient independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience working in a hospital or community health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
