">- You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
- You will apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
- You will strengthen your clinical expertise through a tailored approach and develop essential professional skills like time management, coaching, and participant engagement.
This 12-month program is designed to ensure your smooth transition from university to thrive in professional practice. You will receive comprehensive induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, learning frameworks, and professional growth opportunities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to participants.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
- Build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A current (or pending) AHPRA Registration and recently completed a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- The ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
