Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced High-Level Support Specialist to provide executive-level support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and support Senior Executives in achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and diaries to optimize executive productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate communications, correspondence, and meetings for executives, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Oversee executive travel, annual budgets, and expense reconciliations.
- Develop meeting documentation, agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate events and staff activities on behalf of senior executives.
- Manage meeting rooms, catering, and video conferencing.
- Evaluate and enhance administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
We seek a highly skilled professional with:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting executive leadership.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Oustanding administration skills.
- High-level organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
