About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Officer to join our team in Regional Operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient management of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations team, including preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including human resource and finance administration, records management, and database management.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support key processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and procedures to ensure compliance and quality support services.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
Requirements
  • Highly desirable requirements include a C Class driver's licence and government purchasing qualifications.
  • Knowledge or experience in human resource and finance systems and database management is highly desirable.
